Philippines Building Standards
The recently made available construction Philippines building standards covering concrete and masonry work.
The standard, "Safety Requirements for Masonry and Concrete Work," covers concrete construction and masonry work safety requirements, from concrete placement and shoring to the handling and storage of pre-stressed and pre-cast concrete. It also addresses the design Philippines building standards, erection, operation, and maintenance of concrete mixing processing plants, machinery used in transportation, and aggregate processing plants.
Reaffirmed by the National Standard Institute in June, the standard is one of four recently completed projects from the Accredited Standards Safety Requirements for Construction Philippines building standards and Demolition Operations.
