To give you a general idea, our scope of works usually covers the following:
1) Preparation of Engineering Design/Plans, Bldg. Permit Requirements and Other Documents.
2) To ensure that the Philippine building to be constructed will be safe and pass all construction standards, all design, structural analysis and evaluations shall be all checked and approved by professional Engineers and by government agency incharged.
3) Our scope of works includes the preparation of design schemes for approval by the client and to be finalized into standard drawing sheet. Including Philippine design and construction specifications, estimates and structural design calculations.
4) All plans and documents are to be re-copied in blueprints/xerox in 6 sets as required, signed and sealed by respective Professional Engineers and the owner or its authorized Representative as per Philippine Building Rules requirements and to be submitted to City Engineer’s Office for approval and issuance of Building Permits.
5) The designs/plans, permits and other documents consist but are not limited to the following:

Structural Plans including its calculations
Electrical Design/Plans
Plumbing/Sanitary Design/Plans
Material and Work Specifications
Estimates and other computations

6) Documents to be provided

Note: All the aforesaid documents may be facilitated and secured with the assistance of the Philippine contractor as are necessary and may be required by law.

A licensed Civil Engineer with more than fourteen (14) years of working experience in the field of Philippine construction and engineering. Handled various key positions in different construction companies during his previous employments. An achiever at a young age in the field of engineering having rose from a Field Engineer to a Consultant in the design and construction of the multi million US dollar EDSA MRT 3. Other key positions held in different projects include the position of site/project engineer, estimator and inspector engineer.
A contractor for more than six (6) years, spearheads ABGARCIA CONSTRUCTION as the company’s General Manager because of his extensive experience in general construction and engineering including project supervision, implementation, monitoring and coordination, cost estimation, material selection and procurement, as well as manpower supervision, management and control.
Has successfully undertaken various projects with mostly foreign-based clients including commercial establishments, apartments and high-end residential houses located in exclusive subdivisions in different parts of Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Scope of Work shall in general include but is not limited to the supply of labor and materials including proper supervisions of the proposed project. Details are as follows:
1) Prepare and execute design and all engineering works for the project that will include but not limited to the following:
· Detailed Architectural Designs (Interior and Exterior Designs)
· Structural Design including soil testing and investigations
· Electrical Designs and Load Computations
· Sanitary/Plumbing Designs and Computations
· Mechanical Designs and other Requirements
· Security and Safety Systems
2) Prepare complete Plans, Specifications, Estimates and other documents necessary for the Philippine building permit applications including processing until its approval for construction.
3) Construction Execution
This shall include all works necessary for the proper execution and completion of the said project. This includes but not limited to:
Construction of temporary perimeter fence for security and safety purposes during construction execution.
Demolition of Existing Structures (if any) including proper disposal.
Provision of fabrication and stabling areas were necessary.
Excavation and Earthworks including hauling and proper disposal.
Structural and Civil works (concreting, reinforcing bar fabrication /installation, formworks, Steel works, Masonry works etc.)
Philippine Architectural Design works/finishes (door and windows, grills/railings, floor and wall finishes, Carpentry/ceiling/cabinet works, painting works, T&B facilities and installations, etc.)
Electrical Works (Layout, wirings, lightings, safety breakers, etc.)
Sanitary/Plumbing works (water line supplies, drainage systems etc.).
Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
Mechanical works/Elevator Installation.
Other Provisions (Telephone outlets, Cable TV outlets, Doorbells, Intercom, etc).
