 Panels of Light-Weight Concrete; Insulating

Keep Noise Outside Your Home  --  Cool House Without Airconditioning

Electricity rates in the Philippines are at least 100% higher than in the USA

( perfect for steep hills or when there are soil- or foundation problems )

Walls hard as granite

If you want to test whether your architect/contractor is really as smart as he think he is;
ask him why he build with hollow blocks?
Hollow blocks have a high thermal mass; they store the heat of the day and during the evening they give that heat back to you... not smart to use in a Tropical country is it..?

American companies in Cebu understand this problem and therefore are building callcenters with these panels.
Electricity rates in the Philippines are at least 100% higher than in the USA.
Insulating your house with these light-weight concrete panels can also save a lot of money; lower electricity bills and a smaller aircon is possible.

Cost: little higher than hollow blocks but Insulated (K-factor 0.2); keeps heat/noise outside, providing comfort and saving on aircon-bills for many years to come (or just leave out the aircon).
No plaster = No cracks. Two times faster built. Walls hard as granite. Smooth flat surface.
The weight is only 25% of regular concrete; meaning the foundation does not have to carry so much weight and column-size can be reduced.
This light-weight building is perfect for steep hills or when there are soil- or foundation problems.
(Many American companies are using it to build their projects like callcenter in Cebu/Manila).

The whole idea behind this is that most hollow-block buildings in the Philippines are at each point very massive and heavy while that is not neccesary; look at an egg-shell, it is very strong but very thin...

NOTE: We do not sell the panels; we design/build as a complete service since skilled-experienced labor is necessary.

These panels are endorsed and certified by the Housing & Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), Accredition of Innovative Technologies for Housing (AITECH), Department of Science & Technology (DOST) and by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Remember that you can always replace a door or put new tiles in your house but you can NOT change the structure or foundation of your home; make a wise decision...
If you already selected a (local-) Philippine contractor to build your home; we can still be the one to build your foundation and walls with the advanced system; your contractor will do the finishings like tiles and paint etc.

  • Weight is only 25% of the weight of hollow blocks because the concrete is mixed with polystyrene beads.

  • Strong and Hard as Granite (strong enough to hold a large book-case or a heavy T.V.)

  • No need to plaster (Smooth skinned; only the joints we fill.) Surface is neutralized, ready to paint/finish.

  • Installation 2X quicker than hollow blocks; you do not have to spend many months checking the progress of your building.

  • Heat- and Sound Insulation (save money on electricity bills for aircon and reduce noise from outside)

  • For Commercial and Residential Philippine Buildings

More and more Philippine buildings are now built with these light-weight panels made from the mixture of small polystyrene beads (INSULATION!), portland cement, and chemical admixtures, sandwiched between two cement boards.

The panels come in different thickness and heights.

Here you see the panels placed between the reinforced concrete columns.

The (reinforced-) panels are AS HARD AS GRANITE; strong enough to hold a large book-case or a heavy T.V.

Electrical wires, plumbing etc. are easily integrated in the panels by simply cutting out the required space with a stone-cutting tool.

To connect the panels there are 2 systems: (1) by track - with 'holders' or (2) by simply doweling it.

The panels can be welded to the columns/beams.
