...My fiance and I have been looking for a
construction company to build our house for almost a year before we met Engr.
Danilo.
The biggest problem we were facing then was our budget. We have just purchased
our lot then and we were left with a very limited budget. We have talked
to at least 10 contractors and none of them came up with estimates close to what
Engr. Danilo has offered us.
He has presented a cost to build our house that is very cheap that we were
actually a bit hesitant at first knowing that quality usually comes with high
price. Nonetheless, we took our chance back then because of our limited
resources. At a low construction cost, we never expected that the quality of his
work will exceed our expectation.
Although he is very busy because of his different projects around the country,
he finds time to visit the site personally.
