the following information:

copy
of the lot plan or (if regular shaped/rectangular) the lot
dimensions.

possible; site pictures (front, rear, left and right)

preferred design / motif; drawings, directions or pictures on how
you like your house to be build

the
exact location of your lot so we can do an ocular inspection
We will gladly make a design for
free
including estimates and send it thru email.
We
compute construction costs by adding bare unit cost plus the
finishings.
Bare unit cost
( P 8,000 up to P 10,000 per square meter) is a structure with all
the following:
1) structural columns, beams, floor slabs
2) electrical and plumbing stub outs
Finishings
( P 3,000 up to P 10,000 per square meter - owners discretion and
variable items).
All items like tiles, lavatory and water closets, hardware, doors,
roof system, paint, ceiling, walls, permits, gate & application
fees, bonds & insurances, filling materials and other items not
included in bare unit which varies due to location, design and site
conditions.
Example:
Floor area – 200 sq.m.
Bare unit cost – P 10,000 per sqm.
Owners discretionary finishing of P 3,000 per square meter.
Therefore: ( P 13,000/sq.m. x 200 sq.m. = P 2.6M)
Down payment is 30% ( covered by a construction insurance bond ) for
client security
Balance - progress billing
Retention is covered by a Workmanship Guarantee Bond.
