We are a
home builder Philippines architectural design and consultancy
firm which started in 1999. Since then we were involved into design,
design consultancy services and design and construction of various
residential houses, office and residential interiors, medium rise
residential projects, memorial complexes, physical planning or land
development projects, commercial and religious structures and
others. Our principal architect, Architect Wilfredo A. Gundan
graduated in 1989 and has been trained from mega local Philippine
architects such as Gabriel Formoso Architects in Makati who designed
various Ayala Projects and high rise buildings. He was sent by

as a project architect.

cost covers and includes all works and other works not mentioned in

the project. Completion means, all commercial and apartment units
shall be for ready occupancy status that has complete facilities as
mentioned. Unless otherwise specified or instructed by the owner.
The cost can still be changed depending on final details of the

discussed and arranged before finalization of the agreements.
